Research Progress on Effects of Trace Elements on Rice Yield and Quality

微量元素常以多种形式、多种途径参与作物生长代谢过程中代谢反应,在作物的生长发育、产量与品质形成中发挥着独特的功效。水稻生育期间常常会出现关键微量元素不足的现象,从而对水稻产量和品质的提高形成障碍。因此,研究微量元素对优质水稻产量和品质的影响,是优质稻高产保优栽培的重要课题。本文综述了铁、镁和锌等3种微量元素在水稻生长发育中的作用及生理功能,及其对产量和稻米综合品质影响的研究进展,以期为今后水稻优质高产栽培提供参考。

Trace elements often participate in the metabolic process of crops in many forms and in many ways,playing a unique role in the growth and development,yield and quality formation of crops.Rice is often insufficient in key trace elements during its growth period,obstructing the improvement of its yield and quality.Therefore,the effects of key trace elements on the yield and quality of high-quality rice is an important topic for high-quality rice cultivation with high-yield and good quality.This paper summarized the role and physiological function of iron,magnesium and zinc in the growth and development of rice,as well as the research progress on their effects on the yield and comprehensive quality of rice,so as to provide references for the future high-quality and high-yield cultivation of rice.
