植物工厂LED光质调控对生菜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨植物工厂中不同光质对生菜幼苗生长的影响,本研究选用5种不同红蓝光配比的LED光质开展了试验。结果表明:红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比下生菜叶片数、株高、茎粗、主根长、叶面积、植株干重、地上部干重和地下部干重均最大,有利于生菜的营养生长;红光∶蓝光=1∶1与红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比下植株鲜重和壮苗指数均较大,且差异不显著;红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比有利于生菜叶片叶绿素和氮含量的增加,能促进光合作用,提高光能利用率。综合各指标表明,红光∶蓝光=3∶2是适于植物工厂生菜育苗的光质配比。 In order to explore the effects of different light quality on lettuce seedling growth in plant factory,five LED light quality with different ratios of red light and blue light were selected to carry out the experiment.The results showed that under the light quality ratio of red light∶blue light=3∶2,the leaf number,plant height,stem diameter,main root length,leaf area,plant dry weight,shoot dry weight and underground dry weight of lettuce were the largest,which was beneficial to the vegetative growth of lettuce.Under the light quality ratios of red light∶blue light=1∶1 and red light∶blue light=3∶2,the plant fresh weight and strong seedling index of lettuce were large,and the difference was not significant.The light quality ratio of red light∶blue light=3∶2 was beneficial to the increase of chlorophyll and nitrogen content in lettuce leaves,which could promote photosynthesis and improve the utilization rate of light energy.According to the comprehensive indexes,red light∶blue light=3∶2 is the light quality ratio suitable for lettuce seedling in plant factory.
