摘要
CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术是继锌指核酸酶(ZFNs)和TALEN核酸酶(TALENs)之后、可高效定点编辑的第三代基因编辑技术,是目前基因功能研究和遗传疾病治疗等生命科学领域最前沿的基因编辑技术,在植物现代生物技术中占据着很重要的地位,特别是在作物遗传改良方面。作为作物遗传改良育种的有效技术手段,CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术为创制特种药材新种质资源特别是专用型品种资源带来了新契机,对于特种药材种质创新具有极其重要的作用。本文对CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术在特种药材中的研究与应用进行了综述,以期为特种药材的基因功能研究以及种质创新工作提供良好的研究基础与理论依据。
CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology is the third generation of gene editing technology after zincfinger nucleases(ZFNs)and TALEN nucleases(TALENs),and it is a new high-efficiency site-directed editing technology.It is currently the most cutting-edge gene editing technology in the field of life sciences,such as gene function research and genetic disease treatment.CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology plays an important role in modern plant biotechnology,especially in crop genetic improvement.As an effective technical means for crop genetic improvement and breeding,CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology brings new opportunities for the creation of new germplasm resources of special medicinal materials,especially special variety resources,and plays an extremely important role in the germplasm innovation of special medicinal materials.This paper reviewed the research and application of CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology in special medicinal materials,in order to provide a good research basis and theoretical basis for the gene function research and germplasm innovation of special medicinal materials.
