摘要
为抑制混合动力汽车加减速过程中传动系统振荡,以电机转矩为控制量,提出一种基于模型预测主动控制混合动力传动系统振荡的策略,基于Matlab/Simulink平台搭建动态系统模型,实时计算电机转矩补偿优化发动机输出转矩,准确跟踪目标转矩的同时减少传动系统振荡。探索不同控制器参数设置对于驾驶动力性和舒适性的增益效果,通过硬件在环(Hardware-in-Loop,HIL)试验表明,所设计的MPC控制器能使汽车平稳地加减速,迅速跟踪目标转速,求解时间控制在10 ms以内,具有较好的实时性,同时对传动系统中的非线性因素和参数变化有较好的鲁棒性。
During the driving process,a hybrid electric vehicle often accelerates and decelerates rapidly.The rapid changes in engine torque leads to tire slip and torsional vibration at the drivetrain shaft.In order to suppress the drive train oscillations during acceleration and deceleration,an active model predictive control(MPC)strategy using motor output torque as control variable is proposed for the hybrid power drivetrain system.The paper built a dynamic system model based on the Matlab/Simulink platform,calculated the required motor torque in real time,optimized and compensated the engine torque,accurately tracked the required torque and finally reduced the oscillation of the drivetrain system.Meanwhile,the effects of different control parameter settings on driving dynamics and driving comfort were studied.The Hardware-inLoop(HIL)experimental results show that by using the MPC controller,smooth acceleration and deceleration can be obtained,the target speed can be quickly tracked and the program execution time is less than 10 ms.Good real-time performance and robustness for nonlinear factors and parameter changes in the drivetrain system have been achieved.
