摘要
探讨了替代燃料的基本情况,其不同特性的预处理方式及喂料系统。通过理论计算炭黑替代煤炭在1∶1左右,热值利用率在95%左右,通过采用气力输送喂料系统喂入分解炉锥部可以很好的降低可比熟料能耗至100kg/t以内,投资少、见效快;同时对熟料强度基本无影响。
The basic situation of alternative fuels,their different pretreatment methods and feeding systems are discussed.According to theoretical calculation,the substitution of carbon black for coal is about 1∶1,and the utilization rate of calorific value is about 95%.The energy consumption of comparable clinker can be well reduced to less than 100kg/t by feeding the cone of the calciner with a pneumatic conveying feeding system,with less investment and quick results;At the same time,it has no effect on clinker strength.
