Research on High-quality Economic Development of Chongqing Guided by New Development Paradigm

当前,重庆经济面临需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱三重压力,要扭转局面应切实提高政治站位和战略站位,以新发展理念引领重庆经济高质量发展,以建成内陆开放高地、山清水秀美丽之地为目标,以供给侧结构性改革为创新驱动基础,以绿色低碳发展为准线,勠力破解协调发展阻力大、动能转换难度大、发展环境压力大、内外循环困难多、民生短板问题多等突出问题,着力打造“双循环”新格局下的经济高质量发展的“重庆样板”,不断增强人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。

At Present,Chongqing’s economy is facing the three-fold pressures:demand contraction,supply shocks and weak expectations.It is necessary to effectively improve political and strategic position,with the new development concept to lead Chongqing’s high-quality economic development in order to build an inland city with a new height of openness,with beautiful scenery as the aim,taking supply-side structural reform as the innovation-driven foundation and low-carbon and green development as the benchmark,and strive to solve such prominent problems as large resistance to coordinated development,difficulties in kinetic energy conversion,high pressure on the development of environment,difficulties in inner and outer circulation,and weaknesses regarding people’s livelihood.Efforts should be focused on creating a“Chongqing Model”of high-quality economic development under the new development paradigm of“Dual Circulation”,and constantly enhance people’s sense of fulfillment,happiness and security.
