胃镜结合电子染色+靛胭脂染色观察方法在早期胃癌和胃癌前病变检出中的应用意义

Significance of Gastroscopy Combined with Electron Staining and Indigo Carmine Staining in the Detection of Early Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

目的:探讨胃镜结合电子染色+靛胭脂染色观察方法在早期胃癌和胃癌前病变检出中的应用意义。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年1月本院进行胃镜检查的患者80例。通过随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例),对照组患者进行白光镜检查,试验组在对照组基础上进行电子染色+靛胭脂染色。统计检查结果,并对比两组检查方法对于早期胃癌及胃癌前病变的诊断效能。结果:病理学诊断结果显示,早期胃癌及胃癌前病变共56例,发生率为70.00%(56/80),其中对照组早期胃癌及胃癌前病变共27例,对照组检出19例,检出率为70.37%(19/27),试验组早期胃癌及胃癌前病变共29例,试验组检出27例,检出率为93.10%(27/29)。试验组诊断的灵敏度(χ^(2)=4.926,P=0.026)、准确度(χ^(2)=4.588,P=0.032)及Kappa值均高于对照组。结论:胃镜结合电子染色+靛胭脂染色观察方法可提高早期胃癌和胃癌前病变诊断的灵敏度及准确度,且试验组检查结果与金标准的一致性更高。

Objective:To explore the significance of gastroscopy combined with electronic staining and indigo carmine staining in the detection of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods:80 patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from August 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases).The patients in the control group underwent white light microscopy,and the experimental group underwent electronic staining+indigo carmine staining on the basis of the control group.Statistical examination results,and compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two groups of examination methods for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Results:the results of pathological diagnosis showed that there were 56 cases of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,with an incidence of 70.00%(56/80).There were 27 cases of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the control group,19 cases in the control group,with a detection rate of 70.37%(19/27).There were 29 cases of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the experimental group,27 cases in the experimental group,with a detection rate of 93.10%(27/29).Diagnostic sensitivity of test group(χ~2=4.926,P=0.026),accuracy(χ~2=4.588,P=0.032)and kappa values were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:the observation method of gastroscope combined with electronic staining and indigo carmine staining can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,and the examination results of the experimental group are more consistent with the gold standard.
