啤酒饮料行业包装车间开展TPM管理模式的研究

摘要 在全国企业劳动力缩减优化的背景下,通过有效推动设备管理全员生产维修(TPM)活动,以生产线OEE作为评估依据,探讨TPM管理模式在啤酒饮料行业包装车间设备管理中的应用价值。传统TPM管理方法从管理层实施方法到员工落实方案的过程中,存在这一定弊端,因此,本文通过在传统TPM管理方法的基础上融合自主管理方案,同时创建传统TPM管理方案和自主型TPM管理方案两条生产线,以OEE作为判定标准进行对比。最终发现,自主化TPM管理模式相较传统TPM管理模式可以有效地缩短停机时间,较少效率的损失,在提高设备利用率和生产效率的同时保证产品质量,具有良好的推广和研究价值。 Under the background of labor force reduction and optimization in national enterprises, the application value of TPM management mode in packaging workshop equipment management of beer and beverage industry was discussed by effectively promoting TPM activities and taking production line OEE as the evaluation basis. However, the traditional TPM management method has certain disadvantages in the process from the implementation method of the management to the implementation plan of the staff.Therefore, this paper integrates the independent management plan on the basis of the traditional TPM management method, and creates two production lines of the traditional TPM management plan and the independent TPM management plan, taking 0EE as the judgment standard for comparison. Finally, it is found that compared with the traditional TPM management mode, the independent TPM management mode can effectively shorten the downtime, reduce the loss of efficiency, improve the equipment utilization rate and production efficiency, and ensure the product quality at the same time, which has good promotion and research value.
