考虑指标分级的安全稳定控制系统在线状态评估方法

摘要 目前我国电力系统正逐步形成特高压交直流混联电网格局,为确保电网安全运行,各个厂站配套建立了电网安全稳定控制系统(稳控系统),现实情况下稳控系统长期处于不间断运行,评估各部件模块是否仍然满足工作要求,保证稳控系统运行状态良好就成了一大重点。本文建立了分模块分级的稳控系统状态评估指标体系和提出了基于隶属度加权计算的稳控系统状态评估方法;针对稳控系统指标分级和劣化情况分类,提出了多类别隶属度计算方法;考虑劣化度对在线评估权重的影响,提出了基于熵值法和劣化度的综合权重计算方法。算例分析表明本文所提方法具有有效性和可行性,为稳控系统的检修决策提供参考和依据,保障了稳控系统的安全可靠运行。 At present,China’s power system is gradually forming an EHV AC/DC grid.In order to ensure the safe operation of the grid,each station has set up a grid stability control system(SCS).In reality,the SCS keeps operation continuously,so it becomes a key point to evaluate whether each component still meets the working requirements and ensure the SCS runs well.This paper stablishes the state evaluation system of SCS based on module division and classification and puts forward the state evaluation method of SCS based on degree of membership weighted calculation.Based on the index classification and deterioration of stability control system,a multi-class membership degree calculation method is proposed.Considering the influence of deterioration on online evaluation weight,a comprehensive weight calculation method based on entropy and deterioration is proposed.Example analysis shows that the method proposed in this paper is effective and feasible,which can provide reference for the maintenance decision of the SCS and ensures the safe and reliable operation of SCS.
