无张力腹股沟疝不同修补术治疗效果对比研究

Comparative Study on the Therapeutic Effects of Different Repair Methods for Tension-Free Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨无张力腹股沟疝不同修补术治疗效果比较。方法回顾分析2020年12月至2021年10月在博茨瓦纳首都哈博罗内的公主玛丽娜转诊医院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者60例,随机分为接受Kugel术治疗的K组(n=30)以及接受李金斯坦疝无张力修补术治疗的L组(n=30)。对两组术后疼痛评分、手术平均时间、手术之后的住院天数、经过手术后恢复活动时间以及术后的并发症等进行对比分析。结果对两组术后疼痛评分、手术平均时间、恢复正常活动时间、平均住院时间、术后阴囊血肿、心脑血管意外发生率、精索水肿以及局部血清肿进行对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对两组患者的住院费用以及局部异物感的发生率进行对比,K组明显高于L组(P<0.05)。结论Kugel术以及李金斯坦疝无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的治疗均具有很好的效果,在对患者进行治疗的过程中,可以根据患者情况具体选择手术方式。

Objective To investigate the comparison of the treatment effect of different prosthetics for tensionless inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 60 patients with inguinal hernia who were treated at Princess Marina Referral Hospital in Gaborone,the capital of Botswana,from December 2020 to October 2021,and were randomly divided into group K(n=30)treated with Kugel and group L(n=30)treated with Li Jinstein’s hernia tensionless repair.The postoperative pain scores,mean time to surgery,number of days of hospital stay after surgery,time to return to activity after surgery,and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in postoperative pain score,mean time to surgery,time to return to normal activities,mean length of hospital stay,postoperative scrotal hematoma,incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,spermatic cord edema and local seroma between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparing the hospitalization costs and the incidence of local foreign body sensation between the two groups,the K group was significantly higher than that in the L group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kugel and Li Jinstein’s hernia tensionless repair have good effects on the treatment of inguinal hernia,and the surgical method can be selected according to the patient’s condition in the process of treatment.
