摘要
卓越师范生主要培养面向中小学教学和管理工作需要的骨干教师.基于现有的评价方式难以对师范生的培养质量做出准确评价的现况,通过建立层次分析法数学模型,构建卓越师范生数学教师人才培养质量评价体系,并在此基础上提出改进卓越师范生培养质量的建议和措施.经实例验证所建立的评价模型的评价效果显著、评价结果可靠.
The main goal of the excellent normal students is to train backbone teachers who meet the needs of teaching and management in primary and secondary schools. Based on the current situation, the existing evaluation methods are difficult to make an accurate evaluation in the training quality of normal students. This paper is devoted to construct an evaluation system for the training quality of excellent normal students’ mathematical teachers by establishing a mathematical model of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and put forward some suggestions and measures to improve the training quality of excellent normal students. An example is carried out to verify that the evaluation effect of the model is remarkable and the evaluation result is reliable.
