“双减”政策下提升中小学课后体育服务质量的关键问题与路径选择 被引量:2

摘要 课后延时服务的质量问题关系到育人成效,关系到教育生态的结构转型.运用文献法、逻辑法等研究方法,对“双减”政策下如何提升课后延时体育服务质量的关键问题和路径选择进行了分析.结果表明,政策精准规导,为做好课后延时体育服务提供法制保障;学科明晰划界,为做好课后延时体育服务提供时间支持;体质补齐短板,为做好课后延时体育服务提供需求指引.要做好课后延时体育服务的质量提升,涉及学校和学生的角色定位,要把控好行动索引.要使课后体育服务质量得到有效提升,要把资源“串起来”,增强课后体育服务的结构粘性;课程“做开发”,丰富课后体育服务的内容供给;竞赛“促成长”,优化课后体育服务的教育方式;评价“重提升”,转变课后体育服务的反馈机制. The quality of after-school delay service is related to the effectiveness of education and the structural transformation of educational ecology. Using the research methods of literature and logic, this paper analyzes the key problems and path choice of how to improve the quality of after-school delayed sports service under the“double reduction”policy. The research shows that the policy is accurately regulated to provide legal guarantee for doing well the after-school delayed sports service;Clear demarcation of disciplines: provide time support for doing well in after-school delayed sports services;Physical fitness to make up for weaknesses: provide demand guidance for doing a good job in after-school delayed sports services. We should improve the quality of after-school delayed sports services, which involves the role orientation of schools and students, and control the action index. The specific path is to“string”resources: enhance the structural viscosity of afterschool sports services;Curriculum "development" : enrich the content supply of after-school sports services;Competition“promotes growth”: optimize the educational mode of after-school sports service;Evaluation“re promotion”: change the feedback mechanism of after-school sports service.
