中老年食蟹猴尿液参考指标测定与比较

Determination and Comparison of Urine Reference Values in Middle and Old-aged Cynomolgus Monkeys

[目的]提供中老年食蟹猴的体重及尿液指标的参考值。[方法]选取100只10~20岁食蟹猴,雄性21只,雌性79只,测定体重和尿肌酐、24 h尿液量、尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白和尿液微量白蛋白与肌酐比值等尿液指标,并进行性别间比较。[结果]雌雄动物体重有极显著差异(P<0.01);尿液指标中尿肌酐有显著差异(P<0.05),24 h尿液量、尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白和尿液微量白蛋白与肌酐比值无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]该研究提供了中老年食蟹猴体重和尿液指标的参考值,为其在生物医学领域的应用提供基础参考资料。

[Objective]To provide reference values of the body weight and urine index in middle and old-aged cynomolgus monkey.[Method]100 cynomolgus monkey aged from 10-20 years old(21 were males and 79 were females)were enrolled in the study.We detected the body weight and urine index respectively and compared these parameters between males and females.[Result]Between males and females,there were significant differences in body weight(P<0.01)and urine creatinine of urine index(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other parameters(P>0.05).[Conclusion]It provides reference values of body weight and urine index of cynomolgus monkey and basis for their application in biomedical research.
