浙江省农业生产效率分析--基于DEA模型和Malmquist指数 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究浙江省农业生产投入产出情况,进一步提升其农业生产效率,先利用DEA模型对2020年浙江省各市农业生产效率进行静态分析,再运用Malmquist指数对2014—2020年浙江省各市农业全要素生产率进行动态分析。结果表明:2020年浙江省农业整体向好,但部分地区存在投入与产出不匹配的情况,影响了全省平均农业综合效率;2014—2020年,浙江省农业TFP均大于1,其中技术进步推动作用显著;各地级市TFP差异在合理范围内,技术效率成为大部分地级市生产效率提升的制约因素;浙东北和浙西南的年均TFP基本持平。因此,浙江省可以加强农业基础设施建设,持续提高农业科技水平,推动区域农业均衡发展,从而提升农业生产效率。 In order to study the input and output of agricultural production in Zhejiang Province and further improve its agricultural production efficiency,the DEA model was used to statically analyze the agricultural production efficiency of cities in Zhejiang Province in 2020,and then the Malmquist index was used to analyze the total agricultural factors of cities in Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2020.The results show that the agriculture of Zhejiang Province is generally improving in 2020,but there is a mismatch between input and output in some areas,which affects the average comprehensive agricultural efficiency of the whole province.The promotion of progress is significant;the differences in TFP between local-level cities are within a reasonable range,and technical efficiency has become a restrictive factor in the improvement of production efficiency in most prefecture-level cities;the average annual TFP in northeastern Zhejiang and southwestern Zhejiang is basically the same.Therefore,Zhejiang Province can strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,continuously improve the level of agricultural science and technology,and promote the balanced development of regional agriculture,thereby improving the efficiency of agricultural production.
