摘要
为加强食品科学与工程专业人才的思想政治素养和职业道德,发挥食品安全学课程知识传授和价值引领的育人育才功能,首先,结合课程特点,确立了知识传授、能力培养和价值引领的三重课程教学目标;其次,从课程专业知识内容和框架中深入挖掘思政元素,形成了课程思政教育知识图谱;再次,采用案例教学、翻转课堂和线上教学等课堂内外相结合的混合式教学模式实现专业知识和思政元素并行的讲解和传授;最后,确定了新的课程考核评价模式,从而达成课程思政教学目标,为其他理工科专业课程思政教育改革提供参考和借鉴。
In order to strengthen the ideological and political literacy and professional ethics of the food science and engineering professionals,and give play to the educational function of knowledge teaching and value guidance of food safety courses.Firstly,three teaching goal of knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance were established according to the course characteristics.Secondly,the course ideological and political education knowledge map were formed through exploring ideological and political elements in depth from the curriculum professional knowledge content and framework.Thirdly,the diversified blended teaching methods such as case teaching,flipped classrooms,on-line teaching were used to achieve the parallel teaching of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements.Fourthly,new curriculum assessment and evaluation models were establishment.Finally,the course achieves the purpose of education and provides some reference for the teaching reform of ideological and political teaching in other courses.
