信息化时代速冻食品全产业链优化研究

Optimization of the whole industry chain of frozen food in the information age

近年来中国速冻食品业快速崛起,推动了农产品加工业高质量发展,也带动了乡村产业振兴。但在其快速发展的同时,一些问题逐渐显现出来,如产业链上各环节无法有效衔接而导致整个产业效率较低、主体间协同不足、供应流通不畅、信息传递滞后等,亟需引入全产业链运营理念以实现其高效发展。速冻食品全产业链涵盖从田间到餐桌的所有经营环节,容易出现链条不完整或断裂的情况,对此应运用现代信息技术,搭建速冻食品全产业链的数据信息共享平台、促进产业链纵向与横向整合以及完善链条上各主体间的利益联结机制,以推动中国速冻食品全产业链的优化升级。

In recent years, China’s frozen food industry has risen rapidly. It has promoted the high-quality development of the agricultural product processing industry and the revitalization of rural industries. However, due to the lack of effective connection of various links in its industrial chain, many problems have gradually emerged, such as insufficient coordination between entities, poor supply and circulation, lagging information transmission and so on. It is urgent to introduce the operation of the whole industrial chain to promote the high-quality development of frozen food industry. The whole industrial chain of frozen food covers all links from field to dining-table, and it is prone to the situation that the chain is incomplete or broken. Therefore, this paper proposes that the optimization of whole industry chain should be adopted. Finally,the paper concludes that modern information technology should be used to build a data information sharing platform of the whole industry chain of frozen food, promote industrial chain integration and strengthen the interest connection of the operators, so as to promote the optimization of the whole industry chain of frozen food in China.
