摘要
针对目前铁路各专业日常使用检测仪表时,采用人工记录、纸质存储,以及检测数据流转过程中存在检测效率低、数据准确性差、不便于数据积累和分析等问题,对基于微服务技术的物联网平台、检测仪表智能化改造技术、检测数据自动获取及标准化传输技术等进行了深入研究;结合铁路维护作业需求,构建了基于物联网技术的检测仪表数据智能管理系统;实现了仪表数据的自动化获取、标准化传输及智能化应用,从而减少运维人员的时间投入,提高了检测效率,为实现信号设备故障预测与健康管理提供支撑。
In view of the current problems of manual recording,paper storage and low maintenance efficiency,difficulty in guaranteeing data accuracy,and inconvinient data accumulation and analysis in the daily use of detection instruments in railway specialties,the Internet of Things platform based on microservices technology,intelligent transformation technology of detection instruments,automatic acquisition and standardized transmission technology of detection data are studied in depth.Combined with the railway maintenance operation requirements,an intelligent management system of testing instrument data based on IoT technology is constructed.It realizes the automatic acquisition,standardized transmission and intelligent application of instrument data,thus reducing the time investment of operation and maintenance personnel,improving the detection efficiency,and providing support for the realization of fault prediction and health management of signal equipment.
