压电膜中聚偏二氟乙烯β相形成和含量提高的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)作为一种优秀的聚合物压电材料能够达到工业或日常应用的需求,同时还具有优良的柔韧性、耐候性、耐冲击性和生物相容性,环境适应能力强,在压电应用领域拥有巨大的市场潜力。作为一种半结晶高分子材料,PVDF的压电性主要来源于其内部全反式TTTT构象的β相。因此,对PVDF的β相含量的提高是研究和提高PVDF压电性能的重要途径。本文旨在简要总结PVDF的β相形成和含量提高的主要策略,从原料选择、制备工艺和后处理方法等方面综述了影响PVDF中β相含量的因素,分析各种策略的优势与不足,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。 Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)is an excellent piezoelectric polymeric material with flexibility,weatherability,impact resistance,biocompatibility and strong environmental adaptability,which can meet the needs of industrial or daily applications.PVDF has a huge market potential in piezoelectric applications.Piezoelectric properties of PVDF as a semi crystalline polymer material mainly come fromβcrystalline phase that is attributed to all trans TTTT conformation.Therefore,the increase of PVDFβphase content is an important way to study and improve piezoelectric properties of PVDF.This paper aimed to explore the strategies to improve PVDFβphase,comprehensively reviewed factors affectingβphase in PVDF from aspects of raw material selection,preparation technology and post-treatment methods.The related investigations done in recent years were summarized and the future development trend was prospected.
