玻纤增强尼龙MXD6复合材料制备与性能 被引量:5

摘要 由于聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(PA MXD6)优异的阻隔性能、力学性能、耐热性及低吸水性能,在包装材料领域获得了广泛的应用。为了进一步拓展其在工程塑料领域的应用范围,采用熔融共混挤出改性的方法,制备了一系列玻璃纤维(GF)增强PA MXD6复合材料,考察了GF含量对PA MXD6/GF复合材料的熔融结晶行为、热变形温度、力学性能、表面性能的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,复合材料的力学性能随GF含量的增加而提高,当GF分数为50%时,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量较PA MXD6树脂分别提高了136%,133%,240%;同时PA MXD6/GF材料表现出优异的外观、良好的尺寸稳定性和耐热性能。本研究为PA MXD6树脂作为工程塑料,在汽车、家电、水面汽艇和水电工程等领域实现广泛应用,提供了关键力学性能数据支撑。 Poly(adipic m-phenylenedimethylamine)(PA MXD6) has been widely used in the field of packaging materials,due to the excellent barrier properties,mechanical properties,heat resistance and low water absorption properties. In order to further expand its application in the field of engineering plastics,a series of glass fiber(GF) reinforced PA MXD6 composites were prepared by melt blending extrusion modification. The effects of GF content on the melt crystallization behavior,thermal deformation temperature,mechanical properties,and surface properties of PA MXD6/GF composites were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites increase with the increase of GF content within the experimental range. When GF content is 50%,the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites are 136%,133% and 240% higher than those of PA MXD6 resin respectively. At the same time,PA MXD6/GF materials show excellent appearance,good dimensional stability and heat resistance. This study provides a key mechanical property data support for PA MXD6 resin as an engineering plastic to be widely used in automobile,household appliances,surface motor boats,hydropower projects and other fields.
