摘要
针对汽车内饰件高性能和高可靠性的需求,结合Moldflow软件,分别对塑件一次成型和二次成型进行相应的有限元模拟,包括浇口位置、尺寸的选择、填充时间、填充压力、熔体流动前沿温度、剪切速度、熔接线和缩痕估计。根据塑件结构和膜内注塑的特点,合理地设计了模具分型面、顶出系统和冷却系统,并详细阐述了模具的工作原理。通过以上分析,得到模具的一次和二次成型的进胶口、尺寸及注塑参数均符合要求,可以按照仿真参数进行模具设计和加工,为双色膜内装饰塑件提供参考。
According to the high performance and high reliability demand of automotive interior parts,combined with Moldflow software,the primary molding and secondary molding was simulated about finite element,mainly including casting position,size selection,filling time,filling pressure,melt flow front temperature,shear speed,fusion line and shrinkage estimation. According to the structure of the plastic parts and the characteristics of the injection film,the parting surface,ejection system and cooling system of the mold were designed reasonably,and the working principle of the mold was described in detail. Through the above analysis,it can be concluded that the injection port,size and injection parameters of the primary and secondary molding of the mold meet the requirements. The mold design and processing can be carried out according to the simulation parameters,which provides a reference for the two-color IMD plastic parts.
