异辛烷溶解-直接进样-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定银制品涂层中8种有害元素 被引量:1

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定银制品表层涂层中硒、砷、锑、铅、镉、汞、铬、钡8种有害元素含量的分析方法。采用异辛烷作为浸泡溶剂,采用装载有机进样附件的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对样品进行测定。8种元素的质量分数在0.0~5.0 mg/kg范围内与光谱强度的线性关系良好,线性相关系数均不小于0.9998,检出限为0.0002~0.0344 mg/kg。加标质量为0.5、2.0、4.0 mg/kg时,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.32%~3.65%、0.41%~2.44%、0.33%~2.82%(n=6),平均加标回收率分别为100.0%~108.9%、100.8%~108.6%、97.2%~103.8%。 An analytical method for the determination of eight harmful elements,selenium,arsenic,antimony,lead,cadmium,mercury,chromium and barium in the surface coating of silver products by isooctane dissolution direct injection inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was established.Isooctane was used as soaking solvent,and the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer with organic injection accessories.The linear relationship between mass fraction of 8 elements and spectral intensity was good in the range of 0-5.0 mg/kg,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9998,the detection limits were 0.0002-0.0344 mg/kg.The results showed that under the three spiked levels of 0.5,2.0 and 4.0 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations were 0.32%-3.65%,0.41%-2.44%and 0.33%-2.82%(n=6),the recoveries rate were 100.0%-108.9%,100.8%-108.6%and 97.2%-103.8%,respectively.
