高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定化妆品中苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛

Determination of atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定化妆品中苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛含量的方法。化妆品使用甲醇溶解后,超声提取15 min,离心分离后过膜,直接上机分析。目标物经ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱分离后,使用ESI源对其进行电离,在选择反应监测模式下绘制色谱图,以色谱峰面积外标法定量。苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛的质量浓度在5~100μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛的检出限均为10μg/kg。加标回收率为80.6%~89.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.0%(n=6)。该方法可为化妆品中苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛的筛查和测定提供一定的借鉴。 A method for simultaneous analysis of atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics was established by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were dissolved by methanol and extracted by ultrasonic for 15 min.After centrifugal separation,the solution was then filtrated by 0.22μm filter membrane and injected directly.The analytes were separated by ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column,ionized by ESI source and detected by the selected reaction monitoring mode,finally quantified with external standard method.The chromatographic peak area of two analytes showed good linearity with the mass concentrations in the range of 5-100μg/L,the corelation coefficient was more than 0.999.The determination limits were 10μg/kg and the recoveries ranged from 80.6%to 89.8%,the relative standard deviation of the determination results were 1.1%-2.0%(n=6).This method can provide a reference for the screening and determination of atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics.
