复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油对肠道准备及息肉检出的效果评价

Effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethylsilicone oil on intestinal preparation and polyp detection

目的:探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油在肠道准备及结直肠息肉检出率的效果评价。方法:选择2020年3月1日至2020年8月31日于郑州大学第一附属医院内镜中心首次行结肠镜检查的2208例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组1086例,研究组1122例。对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行结肠镜前肠道准备,研究组在对照组基础上口服二甲硅油。比较两组基线资料、肠道清洁效果、祛泡情况、肠道息肉检出及分布情况。结果:两组肠道清洁程度无统计学差异(P=0.176);研究组肠腔内祛泡的效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);研究组肠息肉检出率高于对照组(P=0.003),而对于两组不同部位的息肉检出无显著差异(P=0.533)。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油在结肠镜检查术前肠道准备中可减少肠腔内泡沫,优化肠道清洁效果,提高肠道息肉检出率。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethylsilicone oil in intestinal preparation and detection of colorectal polyps.Methods:2208 patients who underwent colonoscopy for the first time in the endoscopy center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 1,2020 to August 31,2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group.There were 1086 cases in the control group and 1122 cases in the study group.The control group took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,and the study group took dimethylsilicone oil on the basis of the control group.The baseline data,intestinal cleaning effect,defoaming,detection and distribution of intestinal polyps were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in intestinal cleanliness between the two groups(P=0.176);The effect of intestinal cavity defoaming in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.015);The detection rate of intestinal polyps in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.003),but there was no significant difference in the detection of polyps in different parts of the two groups(P=0.533).Conclusion:Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with two methylene silicone oil can reduce the intestinal cavity foam in the bowel preparation before colonoscopy,optimize the intestinal cleansing effect,and improve the detection rate of intestinal polyps.
