前列腺增生并发急性尿潴留的危险因素分析

Influencing factors of acute urinary retention in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨前列腺增生患者并发急性尿潴留的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月某院泌尿外科75例前列腺增生患者的临床资料,按照患者既往是否发生急性尿潴留分为尿潴留组(n=45)和无尿潴留组(n=30),采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析前列腺增生发生急性尿潴留的影响因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示,发病年龄、病程>5 a、前列腺体积、糖尿病病史、IPSS评分、最大尿流率等与前列腺增生患者并发急性尿潴留存在显著相关性(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,前列腺体积、IPSS评分、最大尿流率是前列腺增生发生急性尿潴留的主要因素。结论:前列腺体积、IPSS评分、最大尿流率是前列腺增生发生急性尿潴留的主要危险因素。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of acute urinary retention in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:a retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 75 patients with BPH in January 2018 to January 2020.According to whether the patients had acute urinary retention,they were divided into acute urinary retention group(n=45)and without urinary retention group(n=30).The single factor and multiple factor logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of acute urinary retention in anterior hyperplasia.Results:univariate analysis showed that age,duration>5 years,prostate volume,diabetes history,IPSS score and maximum urine flow rate were significantly correlated with acute urinary retention in patients with BPH(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that prostate volume,IPSS score and maximum urine flow rate were the main factors of acute urinary retention in benign prostatic hyperplasia.Conclusion:prostate volume,IPSS score and maximum urine flow rate are the major risk factors for acute urinary retention in benign prostatic hyperplasia.
