摘要
采用液压同步提升技术吊装转炉炉壳,将炉壳分上部炉壳、中部炉壳和下部炉壳三部分拆装,其中旧上部、中部炉壳采用整体拆除吊离后再分体,新上部、中部炉壳组对后再整体吊装。采用液压同步提升技术,可有效解决受重量和现场空间限制,无法使用行车、吊机等常规起吊设备吊装转炉炉壳的问题。
The converter shell is hoisted by hydraulic synchronous lifting technology.The shell is disassembled into three parts:the upper shell,the middle shell and the lower shell.The old upper and middle shell are removed and hoisted separately,and the new upper and middle shell are assembled and then hoisted.The use of hydraulic synchronous lifting technology can effectively solve the problem that the conventional lifting equipment such as crane and crane can not be used to lift the converter shell due to the limitation of weight and site space.
