摘要
针对管束集装箱用高压大容量Ⅳ型储氢瓶塑料内胆工程化制备需求,研制开发了专用滚塑装备并设计了相关成型工艺。该装备突破火烧或烘箱等传统温控技术局限,创新采用模具分区原位控温技术,有效地提高了内胆外观质量和尺寸稳定性,实现了滚塑加工工艺对于空间高效利用与绿色节能的双重目标。利用研制的滚塑成型装备成功制备了单瓶水容积≥1 750 L的Ⅳ型储氢瓶塑料内胆,研究揭示了原位控温工艺对内胆外观质量、壁厚均匀性、直径和长度稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明,原位控温技术在大长径比滚塑制品质量调控方面具有显著优势,为低成本、高效、可靠的滚塑产品开发提出了切实可行的解决方案。
The special rotational molding equipment and process were developed for the engineering preparation demand of high-pressure and large-capacity type Ⅳ hydrogen storage tank liners used in the bundle type container.The process innovatively employed mold zoning in-situ temperature control technology to effectively improve the appearance and dimensional stability of the liner, and break the limitation of traditional temperature control technology such as fire and oven, which has realized the twin goals of efficient space utilization and green energy saving.By using the developed rotational molding equipment, the hydrogen storage tank liner with single bottle water volume ≥ 1 750 L was prepared, and the influence rules of in-situ temperature control process on the liner appearance, wall thickness uniformity, diameter and length stability were revealed.The results show that the in-situ temperature control technology has significant advantages in the aspect of quality control of rotationally molded products with large length-to diameter ratio, which provides a practical solution for the development of low-cost, high-efficiency and reliable rotationally molded products.
