浅析卷册质量计划信息系统在设计企业中的应用和贡献

摘要 在电力勘测设计行业面临保增长、降风险、提质量、增能效的当前形势下,为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院实施质量强国战略和开展质量提升的总体部署,提升设计企业的项目建设和设计的质量管理水平,结合企业自身的信息化建设程度,用信息技术助力企业的发展升级已经成为解决企业发展问题的关键。分析中南院卷册质量计划信息系统在企业中的应用和贡献,该系统通过数字化手段对设计过程中各种关键信息的科学管理,对各种潜在风险的有效控制以及通过对大数据技术的应用,抽取各项关键指标供设计人员设计过程中参考和决策,通过信息技术对各类设计数据进行标准化规范化管理,提升设计企业的设计成品质量,同时降低企业运行风险,增加运行能效。 Under the current situation that the electric power survey and design industry is faced with ensuring growth,reducing risks, improving quality and increasing energy efficiency, in order to thoroughly implement the overall plan of the State Council to implement the strategy of strengthening the country through quality improvement, and to improve the quality management level of project construction and design in design enterprises. Combined with the enterprise’s own IT construction level, it has become the key to solve the enterprise’s development problem to promote the enterprise’s development and upgrade with information technology.This paper analyzes the application and contribution of the volume quality planning information system in the enterprise, which manages all kinds of key information in the design process by digital means, to effectively control various potential risks and through the application of big data technology, to extract various key indicators for designers in the design process for reference and decision-making, through the information technology to all kinds of design data standardized management, greatly improve the design of the design quality of enterprises, at the same time reduce the operational risk and increase operational energy efficiency.
