Research and Application of 110 kV Modular Prefabricated Cabin Substation in Rail Transit Industry

变电站建设受土地资源、生态红线、保护区等因素制约,尤其轨道交通的主变电所往往位于城区,用地更为紧张,使得传统变电站的建设模式逐渐不适用于当今城市轨道交通主变电所的建设需求。在深入研究模块化预制舱变电站发展及技术特点的基础上,提出模块化预制舱变电站关键技术研究、智能化研究及深化设计内容,并结合工程实例对比分析模块化与传统变电站两种不同建设模式的技术经济指标。

Substation construction is often restricted by more and more factors such as land resources, ecological red line, protected areas. In particular, the main substation of rail transit is often located in the urban area, and the land is more tense, which makes the construction mode of traditional substation gradually unsuitable for the construction needs of today’s main substation of urban rail transit. Based on the in-depth study of the development and technical characteristics of modular prefabricated cabin substation, this paper puts forward the key technology research,intelligent research and deepening design of modular prefabricated cabin substation, and compares and analyzes the technical and economic indexes of two different construction modes of modular and traditional substation combined with engineering examples.
