膝关节镜术后关节肿痛中西医治疗的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of joi nt swelling and pain after arthroscopy of knee joint

膝骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种常见的慢性、进展性、退行性的关节疾病,严重影响患膝的运动机能。关节镜手术因创伤小、恢复快等优点,越来越多地用于KOA的治疗。但关节镜术后早期患膝经常出现肿胀、疼痛等不良反应,延长了患者术后康复的时间。笔者通过阅读近几年来有关膝关节镜术后关节肿痛的文献,主要从传统医学和现代医学角度综述了近年来膝关节镜术后关节肿痛的中西医治疗进展,为该病的研究及治疗提供参考。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common chronic,progressive and degenerative joint disease,which seriously affects the motor function of the affected knee.Arthroscopic surgery is increasingly used in the treatment of KOA due to its advantages such as less trauma and faster recovery.However,early postoperative knee swelling,pain and other adverse reactions often occur,prolongs the postoperative recovery time of patients.The author reviewed the literature on arthroscopic joint swelling and pain in recent years,mainly from the perspective of traditional medicine and modern medicine,and summarized the progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of arthroscopic joint swelling and pain in recent years,providing reference for the research and treatment of the disease.
