桂罗氏三分法辨治多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕的研究

多囊卵巢综合征是妇科常见的内分泌疾病之一,且其发病率近年来逐年上升。多囊卵巢综合征合并排卵障碍更是困扰着很多育龄期女性,严重影响了她们的心理和家庭稳定。罗志娟教授认为,本病病因以脾肾亏虚为主,加之痰湿、血瘀等病理产物作用,导致“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”生殖轴功能紊乱。罗教授主张“三分法,一干预”治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致排卵障碍性不孕,即“分阶段”“分周期”“分证型”和干预生活方式。三分法不可独立论治,需结合互参。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the common endocrine diseases in gynecology,and its incidence has been increasing year by year in recent years.Polycystic ovary syndrome combined with ovulation disorder is more troubling to many women of childbearing age,seriously affecting their psychological and family stability.Professor Luo Zhijuan believes that the cause of the disease is mainly spleen and kidney deficiency,coupled with phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and other pathological products,resulting in“kidney-Tiangui-Chong Ren-cell palace”reproductive axis dysfunction.Professor Luo advocated“three-point method,one intervention”to treat ovulation disorder infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,namely“stage”,“cycle”,“syndrome type”and intervention lifestyle.The rule of thirds cannot be ruled independently,bu t should be combined with mutual reference.
