榆林市生态环境治理及其应用林草种类的变化——以榆阳区为例

The Ecological Environment Governance in Relation to the Change of Tree and Grass Applied in Yulin City——with Yuyang District as a Case

榆阳区地处榆林市中部,为风沙草滩区与黄土丘陵区接壤的过渡地区,历史上由于长期战乱、开垦、过度放牧以及气候变化等多种因素影响,演变成典型的风沙侵蚀和水土流失环境生态脆弱区。长期以来,在环境生态治理中所用林草种类也随着治理效果以及功能需求等而发生变化。本文以榆阳区为例,对新中国成立后环境治理过程及林草优势种发展变迁进行分析讨论,总结其经验以及教训,旨在为再造“绿水青山”的高质量生态环境和类似地区环境治理提供经验参考。

Yuyang District located in the central part of Yulin City is a transitional area bordering the sandy area and the loess hilly area. Historically, due to long-term war, reclamation, overgrazing and climate change, this area has become a typically ecological fragile area with sand erosion and soil erosion. For a long time, the species of forest and grass used in environmental and ecological governance have also changed with the effect generated and functionalities required. With Yuyang District as an example, this paper analyzed and discussed the environmental governance process and the change of forest and grass species since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The experience and lessons were summarized, hoping to reference for reconstructing the high-quality ecological environment with clear water and green mountains.
