摘要 WOES智能优化节能系统依托各类钢铁厂信息化系统,构建钢铁行业用能可视化平台,实现钢铁行业用能精细化管理,提升各分厂能效水平,降低各分厂能源消耗。结合山西某钢铁公司智能优化节能系统的建设和运维,重点探讨智能优化节能系统在能耗统计、电能质量、能效分析、空运转分析和对比分析等方面的应用研究,并对平台建设带来的节能进行了分析。 WOES intelligent optimization and energy-saving system relies on various information systems of iron and steel plants to build a visualization platform for energy consumption in the iron and steel industry,realize the refined management of energy consumption in the iron and steel industry,improve the energy efficiency level of each branch,and reduce the energy consumption of each branch.Combined with the construction and operation and maintmnance of the intelligent optimization and energy-saving system of a steel company in Shanxi,focuses on the application research of the intelligent optimization and energy-saving system in energy consumption statistics,power quality,energy efficiency an alysis,dry running an alysis and comparative an alysis,and an a lyzed the en ergy savi ng brought by the platform con struction.
