河北省作为核桃、板栗、杏扁等食用林产品大省,加强食用林产品质量安全监测尤为重要。基于此,本文介绍了河北省食用林产品质量监测现状,分析了质量监测中存在的主要问题,并给出了相应的对策,以期为河北省食用林产品监测提供参考和借鉴,进一步推进食用林产品生产标准化,提高食用林产品质量安全监管及重点产品质量监督抽查与监测能力,从而确保食用林产品质量安全。
