随着我国社会经济的发展和进步,人们的物质生活水平得到了极大的提高,因此更加注重食品安全问题。近些年来一些食品安全事件的曝光,使人们对食品安全更加关注。食品快速检测能够快速地发现食品安全隐患,提高食品监管力度和执法效率,因此被广泛应用于基层食品安全监管工作中。本文从食品安全快速检测的概述出发,对基层食品安全快速检测中存在的问题进行了详细分析,提出基层食品安全快速检测的解决对策,希望能为相关人员提供建议和帮助,提高我国基层食品安全的监管水平。

With the development and progress of our country’s social economy, people’s material standard of living has been greatly improved, so more attention to food safety. The exposure of some food safety incidents in recent years makes people pay more attention to food safety. Fast food detection can quickly find hidden dangers of food safety, improve the efficiency of food supervision and law enforcement, so it is widely used in grass-roots food safety supervision. In this paper, starting from the summary of rapid detection of food safety, the problems existing in the rapid detection of food safety at the grass-roots level are analyzed in detail, and the solutions to the rapid detection of food safety at the grass-roots level are put forward, hoping to give some advice and help to the relevant people, and improve the level of our grass-roots food safety supervision.
