摘要
学校餐饮外包服务模式在现阶段越来越普遍,虽然该模式的应用提升了学校餐饮管理的灵活性,但也容易出现一些质量失控风险,导致学校餐饮安全事故的发生。本文以质量管理在学校餐饮外包服务监管中的应用为研究对象,分析了学校餐饮外包服务存在的问题和隐患,探讨了质量管理在学校餐饮外包服务监管中的应用,为相关策略的制订提供参考。
The school catering outsourcing service mode is becoming more and more popular at this stage. Although the application of this mode has improved the flexibility of school catering management, it is also prone to some quality out of control risks, leading to school catering safety accidents. This paper takes the application of quality management in the supervision of school catering outsourcing services as the research object, analyzes the problems and hidden dangers of school catering outsourcing services, discusses the application of quality management in the supervision of school catering outsourcing services, providing reference for the formulation of relevant strategies.
