摘要
食品安全问题是社会重点关注的民生问题,同时也是学界研究的重点方向。随着时代和技术的发展,食品检测也面临着许多挑战和新要求。传统的食品检测技术由于标准滞后、效率过低以及数据不准确等问题而受到消费者质疑。基于此,本文首先从食品检测实验室的质量控制的意义入手,通过分析现阶段食品检测实验室质量控制存在的问题和影响因素,重点探索提高食品检测实验室质量控制的有效策略,希望为食品市场的安全运转和食品行业的持续发展提供保障。
Food safety is not only a livelihood issue, but also a key research direction in academia. With the development of times and technology, food testing, is also facing many challenges and new requirements. The traditional food inspection technology is questioned by consumers because of the lag of standards, low efficiency and inaccurate data. Based on this, this paper firstly starts with the significance of quality control of food testing laboratory, through analyzing the existing problems and influencing factors of quality control of food testing laboratory at the present stage, focuses on exploring effective strategies to improve the quality control of food testing laboratory, hoping to provide guarantee for the safe operation of the food market and the sustainable development of the food industry.
