摘要
食品产业供应链环节多、流通周期长、产业关联广,纵向和横向上都具有多个维度,为供应链金融提供了便利。然而,随着科技水平的提高,人力成本的提高,食品企业的利润空间越来越小,企业的经营规模越来越小,风险防范能力也随之变弱,难以靠自己的信用来获得高质量的信贷,从而导致了企业经营效率的下降,导致我国的食品企业普遍面临着融资困难的问题。供应链金融的兴起给传统的食品企业带来了新的融资模式,同时也提供了一种新的发展模式与筹资战略,因而有必要从供应链金融的角度来探讨食品企业的发展模式。
The food industry has many supply chain links, long circulation cycle, wide industrial connections,and multiple dimensions both vertically and horizontally, which provides convenience for supply chain finance.However, with the improvement of science and technology level and the improvement of human cost, the profit space of food enterprises is getting smaller and smaller, the business scale of enterprises is getting smaller and smaller,and the risk prevention ability is also becoming weaker. It is difficult to obtain high-quality credit by relying on their own credit, which leads to the decline of the business efficiency of enterprises. As a result, China’s food enterprises are generally facing financing difficulties. The rise of supply chain finance has brought a new financing model to traditional food enterprises, as well as a new development model and financing strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the development model of food enterprises from the perspective of supply chain finance.
