摘要 随着农业的发展,很多农作物病虫害防治、杂草消除等都会使用农药,农药的品种与数量不断增加。尽管大部分农药可挥发或降解,但农作物体内仍有少量农药残留,若被人们食用就会对人们的健康造成不利影响;在禽畜的养殖中,有少量药品残留在禽畜体内,此类禽畜产品被人们食用后,也会影响人们的健康。所以,要加大食品中农兽药残留的检测力度。基于此,本文分析了食品农兽药残留存在的问题,然后介绍了当前几种常用的农兽药检测技术及其操作要求,以供参考。 With the development of agriculture, many crops will use pesticides for pest control and weed elimination. The variety and quantity of pesticides are increasing. Although most pesticides can be volatilized or degraded, there are still a small amount of pesticide residues in agricultural objects, which will have adverse effects on people’s health if eaten by people;In livestock breeding, there are a small amount of drugs left in poultry and livestock, which will also affect people’s health after being eaten. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in food. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in food, and then introduces several commonly used agricultural and veterinary drug detection technologies and their operational requirements for reference.
