摘要 近些年,微生物食品中毒事件频发,食品安全问题受到社会大众的广泛关注。伴随着人们日常生活水平的提升,食品安全意识增强,人们对食品安全提出了更高的标准及要求,食品安全逐步演变为全球的热点关注话题。目前伴随着食品卫生检测技术的高速发展和进步,将其运用在食品安全检测工作中,具有检测灵敏度更高,检测过程较为便捷,检测结果更为精准,可第一时间检测出其中存在的病原微生物的特点,能够为相关工作人员提供精准有效的食品质量检测报告。基于此,文章针对微生物检测技术在食品安全中的运用展开探讨和分析,并提出使用策略,以供参考。 In recent years, microbial food poisoning incidents occur frequently, and food safety issues have been widely concerned by the public. With the improvement of people’s daily living standards and the enhanced awareness of food safety, people have put forward higher standards and requirements for food safety, and food safety has gradually evolved into a hot global topic. At present, with the rapid development and progress of food hygiene detection technology, its application in food safety detection has higher detection sensitivity, more convenient detection process, more accurate detection results, can detect the characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms in the first time, and can provide accurate and effective food quality detection reports for relevant staff. Based on this, this paper discusses and analyzes the application of microbial detection technology in food safety, and proposes the use strategy for reference.
