Therefore, in the process of food production and sales, we must give full play to the efficiency of food inspection and testing, control food safety from the source, and ensure the safe and healthy development of China’s food industry. Through the analysis of food quality testing, this paper discusses the problems in food testing and the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide help for the better development of food safety supervision.
