摘要
我国地大物博、民族众多,不同的地域和民族在长期的历史发展中形成了不同的饮食习惯,产生了众多具有鲜明地域特色的美食。新疆烧烤作为新疆地区民族特色风味小吃,其独特的风味不仅满足了人们的饮食需求,也成为新疆地区饮食文化的代表。基于此,本文在探寻新疆烧烤的起源、发展历程的基础上,分析新疆烧烤烹饪技艺的特点,并从烹饪工具、食材、调味料、烹饪工艺等方面探索新疆烧烤烹饪技艺的优化策略。
China is a vast country with abundant resources and many nationalities. Different regions and nationalities have formed different eating habits in the long-term historical development, resulting in many cuisines with distinctive regional characteristics. Xinjiang barbecue, as a national characteristic snack in Xinjiang, its unique flavor not only meets people’s dietary needs, but also becomes the representative of Xinjiang’s dietary culture.Based on this, on the basis of exploring the origin and development of Xinjiang barbecue, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Xinjiang barbecue cooking skills, and explores the optimization strategies of Xinjiang barbecue cooking skills from the aspects of cooking tools, ingredients, seasoning, cooking technology, etc.
