摘要
本文以食品检测对食品安全的重要性为切入点,针对食品检测过程中存在的问题进行分析,以此为基础探讨了食品检测工作的优化策略,希望能为我国食品检测行业的发展提供参考和借鉴,进一步提高食品安全水平,推动食品生产行业乃至于社会经济的健康发展。
In this paper, the importance of food detection to food safety as a starting point, in view of the food detection process in the various problems of the corresponding analysis, as a basis for the food detection work to explore the optimization strategy, it is hoped that it can provide reference and reference for the development of food testing industry in our country, further improve the level of food safety, and promote the healthy development of food production industry and even social economy.
