食品安全社会共治的路径研究

摘要 我国一直以来高度重视食品安全监管工作,将食品安全安全监管工作作为政府民生工作的重点工作,不断探索研究食品安全监管的路径。2015年《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的实施首次从立法的角度提出了食品安全走社会共治之路。本文从食品安全共治的必要性、繁杂性、重点性,对食品安全社会共治进行了初步研究,分析得出我国食品安全共治路径需走政府、社会组织、企业、新闻媒体、消费者、检测机构等共同监督之路,建立长效机制,形成社会共治,才能达到真正意义上的食品安全。 Chinese government has always attached great importance to food safety supervision, made food safety and safety supervision work as the key work of the government’s livelihood work, and constantly explored the path of food safety supervision. The implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2015 for the first time put forward the road of social co-governance of food safety from the perspective of legislation.This paper conducts a preliminary study on social co-governance of food safety from the necessity, complexity and importance of it, and analyzes that the co-governance path of food safety in our country needs the joint supervision way of government, social organizations, enterprises, news media, consumers and testing institutions. Only by establishing a long-term mechanism and forming social co-governance, can we achieve food safety in a real sense.
