摘要 近几年,由于食品安全问题频频曝光,公众对食品质量的信心日益下滑。目前,我国的食品安全检验工作还存在不少问题,需要采取相应的措施,进一步提高食品安全的水平。为保证食品安全工作的顺利进行,必须加强检验制度的执行力度,切实贯彻检验的基本准则,不断提高检验工作的质量。检验工作应从整个过程出发,提升检验人员的专业能力,提高检验仪器的准确性,开发新技术、新方法,加强检验过程中的质量管理,以改善检验工作的整体质量。本文对我国食品检验和质量管理的现状进行了总结,对所遇到的问题进行了分析,并根据发展现状及发展趋势,提出相应的改进措施、对策,以促进我国食品检验行业健康、快速的发展。 In recent years, the public’s confidence in the quality of food has been slipping as a result of frequent exposure of food safety problems. At present, there are many problems in the inspection of food safety in China.Corresponding measures should be taken to further improve the level of food safety. In order to ensure the smooth progress of food safety work, we must strengthen the implementation of the inspection system, earnestly implement the basic standards of inspection, and constantly improve the quality of inspection work. The inspection work should start from the whole process, improve the professional ability of inspectors, improve the accuracy of inspection instruments, develop new technologies, new methods, strengthen the quality management in the inspection process, so as to improve the overall quality of the inspection work. This paper summarized the status quo of food inspection and quality management, analyzed the problems encountered, and put forward corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures according to the development status and trend, in order to promote the healthy and fast development of Chinese food inspection industry.
