乳制品中AFT M_(1)和AFT M_(2)的系统适应性试验的验证

摘要 为了准确测定黄曲霉毒素M_(1)(AFT M_(1))和黄曲霉毒素M_(2)(AFT M_(2))的含量,本文采用高效液相色谱法对AFT M_(1)和AFT M_(2)的系统适应性试验进行了验证。在0~5 ng·mL^(-1),AFT M_(1)和AFT M_(2)均呈现良好的线性关系。免疫亲和柱的验证、方法检出限和定量限均符合GB 5009.24—2016规定,AFT M_(1)和AFT M_(2)的回收率符合GB/T 27404—2008规定。使用该方法对9个乳制品进行了测定,发现样品中AFT M_(1)和AFT M_(2)可准确测得。 In order to determine the content of aflatoxin M_(1)(AFT M_(1)) and aflatoxin M_(2)(AFT M_(2)) accurately,the system suitability test of AFT M_(1)and AFT M_(2)was verified by high performance liquid chromatography.AFT M_(1)and AFT M_(2)show a good linear relationship within the range of 0~5 ng·mL^(-1).The verification test and the method detection limit and quantitative limit of the immunoaffinity column are in accordance with the provisions of GB5009.24—2016.The average recovery rate of AFT M_(1)and AFT M_(2),which is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 27404—2008.Nine dairy products were measured by this method,and the results showed that AFT M_(1)and AFT M_(2)in the samples could be accurately measured.
