Based on the overview of plasticizers, this paper discussed the source of plasticizers in Baijiu and the harm of plasticizers to human body,introduced the detection methods of plasticizers in Baijiu, and proposed the control measures of plasticizers in Baijiu,in order to provide reference for the further development of Baijiu industry.
