摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平艾叶粉对青年期蛋鸭生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫性能的影响。试验选取4周龄健康蛋鸭120只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只。对照组每天饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮基础上分别添加2%、4%和6%的艾叶粉,预试期7 d,正式期35 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组末重、总增重和平均日增重(ADG)显著升高(P<0.05),试验组料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05)、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组血清IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组血清IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组IgM含量最高。研究表明,在饲粮添加4%艾叶粉可改善青年期蛋鸭的生长发育、抗氧化功能以及免疫性能。
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of Artemisia argyi powder on growth performance,antioxidant function and immune function of young laying ducks.A total of 1204-week-age laying ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 ducks per replicate.The young laying ducks in the control group were fed with a basal diet,and the trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with the basal diet adding with 2%,4% and 6% Artemisia argyi powder,respectively.The preliminary test was 7 days and the formal test was 35 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the final weight,total weight gain and average daily gain(ADG)in trial group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and feed to gain ratio(F/G)in trial groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,serum albumin(ALB)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)in trial group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the activity of serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in trial group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05);The serum IgG content in trial group Ⅰ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgA content in trial group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgM contents in trial group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and trial group Ⅱ had the highest content of serum IgM.The results indicated that adding 4% Artemisia argyi powder in the basal diet could improve growth performance,antioxidant function and immune function of young laying ducks.
