脂联素对家禽肠道炎症的作用研究进展

Research Progress on Effects of Adiponectin on Intestinal Inflammation in Poultry

肠道是动物体重要的消化和免疫器官,具有为机体提供必要的营养、参与机体正常的免疫功能等作用。家禽的部分肠道疾病(如鸡白痢、禽伤寒、禽副伤寒)多与炎症反应有关,能降低家禽对饲料的利用率,严重者甚至会造成家禽死亡,对经济效益产生负面影响。脂联素是主要由脂肪细胞分泌的一种激素类物质。近年来的研究发现,肠上皮细胞也可以分泌脂联素,且肠内各种细胞均有其受体的表达。文章综述了家禽肠道炎症危害及其诱因、脂联素的抗炎机制,进而阐明脂联素在肠炎发生、发展中的作用及机制,以期为家禽肠道疾病的防治提供更多的思路和理论依据。

The intestine is an important digestive and immune organ of animals,which plays a role in providing necessary nutrition and participating in normal immune function.Some intestinal diseases in poultry(e.g.pullorum disease,fowl typhoid,avian paratyphoid)are more related to inflammatory responses,which can reduce the utilization of feed by poultry,and even cause death in severe cases,negatively affecting economic efficiency.Adiponectin is a hormone secreted mainly by adipocytes.Recent studies have revealed that intestinal epithelial cells can also secrete adiponectin,and its receptors are expressed in various cells in the intestine.In this paper,the harm and inducement of intestinal inflammation in poultry,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of adiponectin and the role and mechanism of adiponectin in the occurrence and development of enteritis were discussed to provide more ideas and a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases in poultry.
