摘要
以慢速型(wod168)、中速型(wod178)和快速型(wod188和AA)肉鸡为研究对象,测定其1~7周龄时十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的长度和重量,探究不同生长速度的白羽肉鸡肠道性状生长发育规律。结果:3种不同长速肉鸡的肠道性状在1~7周龄均有随周龄增加而增加趋势,wod188肉鸡2周龄时的十二指肠长度、回肠长度、空肠重量、3周龄时的盲肠长度、5周龄时的十二指肠重量,wod178肉鸡5周龄时空肠长度、2周龄时的回肠重量和AA肉鸡2周龄时盲肠重量的生长强度最大,对应的相对生长系数分别为88.60%、33.68%、58.64%、34.76%、53.81%、28.48%、75.00%和81.01%。4个品种大部分肠道性状测定值在7周龄时达到最高,且显著高于1~5周龄(P<0.05)。1~7周龄时,wod188肉鸡和AA肉鸡大部分肠道性状之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于wod168肉鸡和wod178肉鸡(P<0.05)。综上,肉鸡十二指肠及回肠的长度和重量、空肠和盲肠的重量均在2周龄时生长强度最大,蛋鸡血缘占比越高,生长速度越慢,肠道性状的长度和重量越小。
In order to explore the growth and development of intestine traits of white feather broilers at different growth rates, the length and weight of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and cecum of the tested broilers which were at slow growth rate(wod168), medium growth rate(wod178) and fast growth rate(wod188 and AA) were measured from 1 week to 7 week of their growth. The results showed that the intestine traits increased with the increase of week age from 1 week to 7 weeks among all the broilers. The duodenum length, ileum length, jejunum weight the broilers at 2 weeks of age, the cecum length at 3 weeks of age, the duodenum weight at 5 weeks of age in wod188 broiler, the jejunum length at 5 weeks of age, the ileum weight at 2 weeks of age in the wod178 broilers and the cecum weight at 2 weeks of age in the AA broilers had the greatest growth intensity, their corresponding relative growth coefficients were 88.60%, 33.68%, 58.64%, 34.76%, 53.81%, 28.48%, 75.00% and 81.01%, respectively. The measured values of most of the intestinal traits of the four varieties of broilers reached the highest at 7 weeks of age, and were significantly higher than at 1-5 weeks of age(P<0.05). At the age of 1-7 weeks, most of the intestinal traits of the wod188 broilers and AA broilers were not significantly different(P>0.05), but both were significantly higher than those of the wod168 broilers and wod178 broilers(P<0.05). The growth intensity of the duodenum length, ileum length and weight, jejunum and cecum weight of the broilers were the largest at 2 weeks of age. The higher proportion of blood relationship of the laying hens was, the slower was their growth rate, the lower were the length and weight of their intestines.
