摘要
旨在了解从南京农业大学动物医院就诊的部分细菌、真菌性皮肤病犬猫病例分离鉴定的主要病原菌,并评价一种宠物用功能性香波对上述分离病原菌的抑菌效果。通过形态学观察、细胞学检查、16S rDNA和18S rDNA序列结果同源性分析和遗传进化分析等方法对分离菌进行鉴定,并通过琼脂打孔试验检测了上述分离菌对宠物用功能性香波的敏感性,通过试管稀释试验测定了宠物用功能性香波对上述分离菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。分离鉴定结果表明,在就诊的部分犬猫细菌、真菌性皮肤病病例中,细菌性病原主要为猫葡萄球菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌,真菌性病原主要为链格孢霉菌及犬小孢子菌。琼脂打孔法抑菌试验结果表明,4种菌对宠物用功能性香波均属于中度敏感;试管稀释法测定MIC结果表明,宠物用功能性香波对4种菌的MIC均不超过稀释浓度1∶32,说明该香波对猫葡萄球菌、芽孢杆菌、链格孢霉菌和犬小孢子菌都有良好的抑菌效果。本研究可为南京地区临床工作者在治疗犬猫细菌、真菌性皮肤病方面提供治疗依据。
The aim of this study was to identify the main pathogenic bacteria isolated from some bacterial and fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats treated at Nanjing Agricultural University, and to evaluate the bacteriostatic effect of a pet functional shampoo on the above isolated pathogenic bacteria. The isolated bacteria were identified by morphological observation, cytological examination, 16 S rDNA and 18 S rDNA sequence homology analysis and genetic evolution analysis, the susceptibility of the above-mentioned isolates to the functional shampoo for pets was tested by agar-drilling, and the MIC results of the functional shampoo for pets were determined using a dilution test tube. The results of isolation and identification showed that, in some cases of bacterial and fungal skin diseases of dogs and cats treated at Nanjing Agricultural University, the bacterial pathogens were mainly staphylococcus felis and bacillus. The results of the agar drilling showed that all the 4 kinds of fungi were moderately sensitive to the pet functional shampoo. The results of MIC determined by tube dilution showed that the 4 kinds of fungi were moderately sensitive to the pet functional shampoo, and the Mic of pet functional shampoo was less than 1∶32 to the 4 kinds of bacteria. The shampoo exhibited good antibacterial activity against staphylococcus felis, bacillus, alternaria alternata and microsporum canis. This study can provide a direction for clinical workers in Nanjing to treat bacterial and fungal skin diseases in felines and canines, and a new choice of products in the market for more thorough treatment of canine and feline bacteria, fungal skin diseases.
